3 Years of TheVegetarianBhukkad at JW Cafe
The last 10 days have gone by in a jiffy – some happy and some not so happy moments filled it up to make TheVegetarianBhukkad’s 3rd Anniversary very special!
The highlight among the many things that happened was the fantastic dinner hosted by JW Sahar to celebrate 3 years of TheVegetarianBhukkad!
An evening of happiness and smiles, of love and laughter and pretty shoes and good food that was; am sure of the fact that the evening will be etched in memory for a very long time to come!
What We Had:
Chaat: The Chaat at the buffet at JW Sahar is indeed scrumptious! With Pani Puri that will put most of the Pani Puri waalas to shame (not exaggerating) and the sev puri was to die for!
Appetisers: We had the Baby Corn Basuley that made me fall for one of my most hated vegetables and the Kali Mirch ka Paneer Tikka that was a tad bit dry; but that baby corn made up for all of this and a lot more!
Mains: From the massive spread of assorted rotis, Dal Makhani, Rajma, assorted sabjis, the pasta live counter, the Pan Asian Live Counter, the Sushi counter and the freshly cooked sabji live counter, I opted for some vegetarian Pulav and paneer ki bhaji and aloo ki bhaji and melt in the mouth butter naan and lacha paratha and obviously the maa ki daal that they make (I love the Indian food here and had missed eating the last time I was there for the faraadi food festival) and I was truly in food heaven!
Perfectly made, I have said this before and I say it again, JW Café at JW Sahar serves among the best vegetarian Indian food that the city has to offer!
Desserts: JW Café does have a large variety of desserts very beautiful desserts to offer and just looking at them does make one smile, but there was a surprise that I did not expect.
I happen to have met and spoken to Chef Roberto Zorzoli (from Romanos, JW Sahar) a couple of times and thought of meeting him and he did come along to say hi along with some of his World Famous tiramisu, that is so good that it can make anyone go weak in their knees; well, ummm a friend of mine who accompanied me did go weak in her knees and am sure she is going to kill me if she reads this!
All of this and a cake and some fantabulous memories and that does remind me, the splendid cranberry mango mocktail that we had made my blog-anniversary dinner super memorable!
Thank You JW Sahar for hosting us and for the wonderful hospitality that makes the place and experiences very close to heart; Meghana, Yaashna, Sanskaara and Nisha for joining in to celebrate the anniversary and last, but definitely not the least, Kaushal Padhya who gave TheVegetarianBhukkad the new look!
Congrats!!! Great going
Thank you so much miss! ❤️
